We are a privately owned company established in 1985, and after passing through two decades of development, involving various challenges, we have grown to become a modern enterprise with advanced facilities. Our range includes conveyor belts of multi-ply, steel cord, PVC/PVG solid woven, corrugated sidewall and pipe types as well as rubber dams, mats and a variety of other rubber products. In 2003, our total sales amounted to approximately USD 14,530,000, which placed us at seventh place in domestic industry rankings. Our headquarters are located at the parent company, Qingdao Huaxia Rubber Belt Co., Ltd. where there are premises covering 68,000 square meters of which 31,000 square meters are occupied by buildings. Employed by the company is a total staff group of three hundred, twelve of whom are senior rubber engineers and forty-eight are engaged in administrative duties. In addition, the company has several subsidiaries, which include the Qingdao Reibo Rubber Industrial Co., Ltd., Rubber Dam Co., Ltd. and Tanggang Huaxia Rubber Belt Co., Ltd. These companies were established in cooperation with Tanshan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. Currently we are entering a new stage in our development, and as we are a company devoted to cultivating talent and developing our managerial expertise, we have sought and employed figures of exceptional talent.
